Returns + Exchanges

You may return a product only at the time of delivery, when our delivery representative arrives at your provided address. Before accepting the order, please carefully inspect the product. If you find any issue with the item, you may refuse the delivery and request a return immediately.

Once the product has been accepted and the delivery process has been completed, returns will no longer be eligible.

Shipping Policy

We currently provide shipping services across all of Pakistan.

Once your order is successfully placed, it will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days to the address provided during checkout.
